Basics: Lizzie. 23. London/Kent based. Blogging novice. Loves; all things baking, eating out, dinner parties, cinema trips, nights out with friends, nights in with lovely boyfriend, weekends off work, to name a few.

I am quite new to this blogging malarkey but have been baking ever since I can remember! 

My earliest memory of baking is standing on a wooden chair watching my Mother bake and waiting for my turn to perform the crucial "cutting and folding" technique.  I remember long afternoons watching taped recordings of "Delia Smith's Christmas" and the like.  I have come from, watching my Mother bake, to baking and experimenting with different flavours and techniques in my own home.

I have recently delved into the world of baking blogging and I must say, I'm hooked!  I have decided to start my own blog on my baking.  I am by no means a professional, just a keen amateur baker in a kitchen. In this blog I will share with you my experiences, trials and tribulations as well as ideas and recipes, with pictures, on bread, cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, tarts and biscuits.   

I am always looking to improve, so any suggestions, or tips would be greatly received. Just leave a comment below one of my posts! Would be nice to know someone out there is reading!!
